Cancellations, changes and returns
The buyer will have 15 calendar days to return the product, counted from the day it was delivered, after said period, the money will not be returned.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at email@example.com and send your article to:

The buyer must notify, within the indicated period, of his willingness to return the product, writing his intention to the email firstname.lastname@example.org, along with the reason for the return and photos, if applicable.
Once the She & Deco team responds to the mail sent, the buyer will proceed to send the product. For the return, the product and the original packaging must be in perfect condition for resale, it must be returned within the indicated period.
The transport will be in charge of the buyer, it must always go carriage paid. When it is received, it will be verified that it has arrived in the same conditions that it was dispatched the first time, after verifying that it has no defects and that it is complete, the money paid for the product will be returned, exchanged or credited to the account ; not counting shipping costs.
Otherwise, the return of the product will not be accepted.
When the defect in the product is the result of improper handling by the buyer, including non-observance of the indicated storage conditions, the money will not be refunded.
Important! If the order has been shipped free of charge, in case of return of the product or products, the cost of the initial shipment will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
In the event that the merchandise arrives damaged by transport, you must notify us within a maximum period of 24 hours, otherwise, no claim can be made.
Once the product is received in our warehouses and after checking its status, the amount will be refunded through the payment method used in the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days after the notification of withdrawal.
