refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you still haven't received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund is posted.

If you have already done all of the above and still have not received your refund, you can contact us by writing to info@sheandecostore.com .

sale items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Changes

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@sheandecostore.com and send your article to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gifter decided to have the order shipped and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gifter and they will find out about your return.

Shipment

To return your product, you must send it to:

Shipping costs to return your item are at your own expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your product exchange may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €60, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the return of your item.
